I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Department of Economics and Business and an Affiliated Professor at UPF Barcelona School of Management, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). 

I obtained my Ph.D. in Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Before joining UPF, I have been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Strategic Management Department at IESE Business School and a visiting fellow at Texas A&M University. 

My research and teaching interests include corporate strategy, diversification, market entry & exit, resource redeployment, and business model innovation. My work has been published in leading management journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Academy of Management Discoveries, and has been awarded several prizes from the international research community, including the Corporate Strategy IG Best Paper Award from the Strategic Management Society and the Distinguished Paper Award from the Academy of Management.
